Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the professional services we provide in the fields of US Staffing and Logistics. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. General Agreement and Definitions

This agreement is a legal contract between you (the “Client,” “User,” or “Candidate”) and our company. We provide a bridge between professional talent and businesses requiring supply chain management.

2. Use of Services

Access to our services is granted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide without notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site and for any information you submit to us.

3. US Staffing Services

Our staffing division focuses on identifying, vetting, and placing top-tier talent within various industries across the United States.

3.1 Recruitment and Placement

We act as an intermediary. While we work to verify the credentials and experience of every candidate, the final decision to hire remains with the Client. We provide profiles and resumes based on the information provided by the candidates themselves.

3.2 Candidate Obligations

Candidates applying through our platform must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their work history, education, and legal right to work in the US. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from our database and potential legal action.

3.3 Client Obligations

Clients seeking talent must provide clear job descriptions and requirements. Clients are responsible for complying with all federal and state employment laws, including anti-discrimination statutes. Once a placement is made, the specific relationship (contract, remote, or direct hire) will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3.4 Background Checks and Vetting

We perform standard screenings as part of our process. However, if a Client requires specialized background checks, drug testing, or security clearances, these must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs.

4. Logistics and Supply Chain Services

Our logistics division manages the coordination and movement of goods, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence.

4.1 Scope of Logistics Services

We provide coordination for freight, warehousing, and distribution. Our role is to manage the supply chain flow to help businesses maintain steady operations. We act as a freight broker or consultant depending on the specific contract in place.

4.2 Documentation and Compliance

Clients must provide accurate documentation for all shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and descriptions of goods. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate paperwork or non-compliance with regional transport regulations.

4.3 Liability for Cargo

While we coordinate with reliable carriers, our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited. We recommend that Clients maintain their own cargo insurance. Our responsibility ends at the point of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s Bill of Lading, unless a specific management error on our part is proven.

4.4 Shipping Rates and Adjustments

Quotes provided for logistics services are based on current market rates, fuel surcharges, and the dimensions provided by the Client. We reserve the right to adjust final billing if the actual weight or volume of the shipment differs from the original request.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees for staffing placements and logistics services are outlined in individual project quotes or master service agreements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your privacy is important. Any personal data or business information shared with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In the context of US Staffing, we share candidate data with potential employers only with the candidate’s consent. In Logistics, we share necessary data with carriers to facilitate the movement of goods.
